Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Rewixo mobile application ("Rewixo", "the app", "we") collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. By using Rewixo you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

a) Account information (only if you sign in)

Rewixo uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. If you choose to sign in, we receive from your Google account:

Your display name
Your email address
Your profile photo URL
A unique account identifier (UID)

We never see or store your Google password.

b) In-app activity

Your coin balance
Your transaction history (coins earned and coins spent, with a label such as "Spin & Win" or "Daily Poll")
Lifetime totals for coins earned and coins redeemed
Your daily check-in streak and last check-in date
Your referral code, how many people used it, and the code you entered (if any)
Which rewards you have started claiming

c) Information stored only on your device

Rewixo saves your coin balance, recent transactions, check-in streak and reward-claim progress in your phone's local storage so the app works offline and loads instantly. If you use the app in guest mode, this local copy is the only place your data is stored — nothing is sent to our servers.

d) Advertising and analytics identifiers

Rewixo shows ads (to let you earn coins by watching a short video) and uses analytics to understand how the app is used. To do this, the following third-party software development kits (SDKs) run inside the app and collect data directly from your device:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — serves the rewarded and interstitial ads. Collects your device's advertising ID, device and app information, approximate location (from IP address), and ad interaction data, to select and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics (Google) — records in-app events (such as signing up, playing a game, or redeeming a reward) so we can understand and improve the app. See Firebase's Privacy and Security policy.
Meta App Events (Facebook SDK) — records the same kind of in-app events for Meta, so that if you arrived at Rewixo through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we can measure whether that ad worked. Collects your device's advertising ID and device information. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

You can limit what these SDKs collect using your device's own settings: on Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

2. How we use your information

To create and maintain your account
To track and back up your coin balance so you don't lose progress when you change devices
To operate the referral programme and credit bonuses correctly
To process reward redemptions and deliver reward codes to you
To show your position on the in-app leaderboard
To prevent abuse, such as claiming the same reward twice

3. Information visible to other users

Please read this section carefully. Rewixo has an in-app leaderboard. If you are signed in, your display name, profile photo and total coins earned are visible to other signed-in Rewixo users on that leaderboard.

Your email address, transaction history, referral code and current balance are never shown to other users.

4. Where your data is stored

Your account and progress data are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google LLC. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security policy.

5. Advertising

Rewixo uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads (watch a short video to earn coins) and interstitial ads (shown occasionally between game sessions). AdMob may collect your advertising ID and other device information to select ads and measure their performance, as described in section 1(d) above. We do not choose which specific ads are shown — that is handled entirely by Google's ad-serving systems.

6. Analytics

Rewixo uses Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events to measure app usage and to understand which marketing campaigns bring people to the app, as described in section 1(d) above.

7. Children

Rewixo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see Delete your account for the exact steps, what is deleted, and what is retained. In short: email us at kushal142529@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, and we delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

You can also clear all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your device settings.

9. Security

Access to your data is restricted by Firebase security rules so that you can only read and write your own records. Reward codes are held on the server and are never exposed to the app until a redemption is approved.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.

Rewixo is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena, Krafton, Google, Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
